Ingredients
1 Cup Miracle Whip
1 Pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1 20 oz can of Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 Cup Pecan Pieces
1 16 oz Bag of Marshmallows
1 Pint (Heavy) Whipping Cream
1 Jar 10 oz Maraschino Cherries (drained, reserve)

Directions
Cream the cheese and
Miracle Whip together.
Stir in remaining ingredients one at a time.
Whip the whipping cream in a separate bowl.
Gently fold whipped cream into other ingredients.
Slowly stir in reserved cherry juice (for pink coloring).
Place in the freezer until well chilled.
Store in refrigerator when firm.
Tips
Tastes much better
served very cold!
Chill bowl prior to whipping cream.
Mayo was originally used in place of Miracle Whip. |
